With the increasing amount of strict environmental rules from the authorities to minimise industrial pollution and health risks, the traditional salt bath furnaces will soon be replaced by more modern furnaces.  Here, Fluidheat furnaces offer a distinct advantage over other methods.

In operation, it behaves almost as a salt bath, yet it is free from all the traditional problems:

• The aluminium oxide powder is harmless and can be used over a long time with regeneration.
• The powder will not solidify like salt when the heating is switched off.  The heating-up time is shorter.
• No corrosion from salt residues.  This is especially important in humid climates.
