Sterling Thermal Process Division is the market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of low NOx Thermal Oxidation (Incineration) Systems for the destruction of industrial waste gases and liquids for a wide range of industries such as chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, man made-fibres and general processing.

The Sterling Thermal Process Division is particularly capable and experienced in the destruction of waste streams which contain nitrogen bearing compounds using its multi-stage low NOx incineration technology, or the destruction of waste streams containing dissolved inorganic salts, such as those encountered in the production of acrylonitrile, or highly noxious and/or corrosive waste streams such as halogenated compounds.

Capacities range from 1,000 scfm to more than 100,000 scfm (45 Nm3/s)
