GCD offers continuous flow thermal bonding ovens to meet your design requirements. Standard ovens with operating temperatures are available up to 300(`C) higher temperature ovens available upon request.
Product loading and unloading conveyors can be supplied in varied lengths to suit requirements.
Automatically operated oven doors, if required, operate simultaneously with conveyor indexing or continuous flowing conveyor systems.
Free standing or oven mounted electrical control panel.
Optional cool-off zone / booth. This zone can also be incorporated into the unloading area of the conveyor.
The insulated panel construction ensures a cool outside wall temperature thereby increasing operator safety.
Additional infeed and outfeed conveyors and automatic loading and unloading systems can be designed as required.
Sterling International continuous flow thermal bonding ovens are generally skid mounted ensuring minimum installation time and allowing for future relocation. All that is required is a level concrete mounting surface (existing factory floors are generally acceptable).
Following placement, the simple connection of services is all that is required to start operation. Workshop pre testing in our facility is undertaken as standard.
If required Sterling can fully install and commission on your site.
Hot air can be ducted to blow on either side of the product or to pass through the conveyor with recirculation systems used to obtain reduced fuel costs.
Continuous mesh belts, flights or slats can be incorporated into the system for product conveying.
