This 3120mm Chopped Strand Mat Machine is based on a standard GCD product design and has been developed from previous successful 2700mm lines supplied by GCD.

Scope

Design, manufacture, install and commission an 8,000TPA 3120mm wide chopped strand mat line in PR China.

General Description

This Chopped Strand Mat line is designed to produce 8,000 TPA of either powder or emulsion bound mat in various width combinations up to 3120mm wide.  The line uses the latest Allen Bradley panel view operator terminals incorporating the touch screen technology to control the line and process settings.

 Control System

The Chopped Strand Mat line control system is based on the Allen Bradley  (small logic controller) programmable controllers communicating to Allen Bradley panel view operator terminals (touch screens) in each control room.

The operator terminals touch screen units give the line operators access to a number of graphic screen displays for control and monitoring of the line, by simply touching the screen.  The operator may move from one display to the next to observe the equipment status and alarm information.  Starting and stopping motors and changing set prompts is also achieved by touching the appropriate screen areas.
