The box spray drier is a very compact, cost-effective drying system containing all sanitary conveyors and material handling equipment which, operated in conjunction with Sterling's Ultra Low NOx direct fired burner system, is very efficient.
The unit can be used on various products to produce powder such as egg, milk and meats. It may also be used in the chemical handling for drying. The dryer boasts effiency in excess of 99% for product collection.
