complete insulation manufacturing lines in various countries.
GCD International has also designed, fabricated and commissioned for the insulation industry, in both fibreglass and stone wool, a number of major capacity upgrades in a number of locations worldwide. The above projects have been in Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Mexico, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand and USA. |

GCD International's Insulation production lines include all the
anticipated equipment of a modern, up to date plant, including touch screen
process data retrieval and control for operator information and decision
making.
GCD International has close working relationships with most major equipment suppliers to the industry and can also assist with building/site selection and layout from the batch plant to the pack out equipment, warehousing and all other items in between to ensure a successful start up. A minimum time span project is assured with the unique GCD International modular method of fabrication and installation of all the major components including items such as forming and curing ovens. |
