GCD International continuous flow thermal bonding ovens are generally skid mounted ensuring minimum installation time and allowing for future relocation. All that is required is a level concrete mounting surface (existing factory floors are generally acceptable).
Following placement, the simple connection of services is all that is required to start operation. Workshop pre testing in our facility is undertaken as standard.

Hot air can be ducted to blow on either side of the product or to pass through the conveyor with recirculation systems used to obtain reduced fuel costs.
